Payment Terms:

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed in 2-3 business days. If there are any errors or changes to your order please notify us immediately, we may be able to adjust your order. If we are unable to make the adjustment(s) we will need to cancel your order. If your order is canceled and depending on your financial institution, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your funds to become available again. Credit Card Fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have special payment processes in place to protect our clients against fraudulent transactions.

Incorrect Address:

If an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped. We are not responsible for any delay or non-receipt of packages due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.

Product Availability: 

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.

Shipping:

We ship through US Mail, we are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Once your order is shipped please allow 7-10 business. Insurance will be placed on packages but we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. Custom units may take 2-3 weeks to be received. Tracking Information will be sent to the email provided.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Exchanges:

No exchanges unless you receive an incorrect item.

Reserved Rights of Crowned by Tavia Regarding Returns:

Crowned by Tavia reserves the sole right to limit, reject, or refuse returns from customers due to any excessive return history, fraudulent activity, and suspicious returns history of damaged or misused products.
